Doctors dealing with HIV infection patients for more than 20 years have one dream: to be able one day to prescribe their patients a definite HIV cure. Despite important advances towards this cure, they are facing major problems outside the scientific field: hypocrisy, greed, lobbying, spoiling of money and political pretense. A change of minds and practices is needed before a scientific plan for a cure could succeed.
